Owning Burning Desires party shop, Balloon Academy Ireland training school plus competing and winning at the highest level are the ingredients that have made Fiona one of the most respected balloon artists in Europe.

Based in Portadown Northern Ireland, Fiona has worked hard for the last eight years developing Burning Desires, a busy party shop employing four full time and several part time staff. The main thrusts of Fiona's business are teaching designs combining round and non-round balloons, all levels of wedding décor, the skills required in selling designs to corporate clients, the importance of competing and using a competition portfolio to create more sales.

Fiona's eagerness to share her vast knowledge and experience of balloon art with everyone is as strong today as it was five years ago when she first started teaching. She teaches regularly in Ireland, England and Italy but has also taught around the world in Japan, Taiwan, South America and Lebanon.
