A balloon decorator for 9 years and previously a florist and lecturer, Sandra combines her skills in her decorating business, as well as teaching throughout Europe. As 1998-IPS Balloon Decorator of the Year, we are proud to have Sandra’s talents as part of our Qualatex Education Team. “Qualatex balloons have proved essential to me as a decorator and instructor.
