Places on courses are not held until full payment is received.
Payments are only refundable up to 7 working days before the course date. After that time, we are unable to give refunds. Please telephone us On 0800 28 12 15 if you need to cancel.
Course is subject to cancellation unless a minimum of five places are confirmed ten working days prior to course date. A full refund or transfer to another course will be available if we cancel the course.
Delegates must be aged 18 or over.
Children are not allowed in the training room.
Pets are not permitted in the training room.
If you are a new customer and wish to place orders with Pioneer Europe Ltd, you will be asked to provide proof of your business status by way of copy of a supplier's invoice, together with full address and a landline telephone number as well as a mobile phone number, if you use a mobile. Pioneer Europe Ltd is unable to supply members of the public
